Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be approved.

Eligible for Refund

  • Product not as described in the listing
  • Technical issues preventing access to the product
  • Duplicate purchase (accidental double order)
  • Product files are corrupted or incomplete
  • Seller fails to deliver within specified timeframe

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Found a cheaper alternative
  • Product already accessed/downloaded
  • License key has been activated
  • Timeframe for refund request has passed

  • Processing Time: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

  • Abuse Policy: Repeated refund requests may result in account restrictions.
